Villa 353 Degrees North is located on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan, a 30-minute boat ride from Bali. It is a beautiful vacation villa for up to 6 guests and is located on a hillside overlooking the main tourist village of Jungut Batu. Owned and built by an award-winning interior designer, the villa has uninterrupted panoramic views over the island and across the ocean to Bali and Mount Agung. The villa is beautifully decorated with an exotic blend of traditional Balinese and contemporary architectural styles.

Bedroom Suites:

353 Degrees North Villa is divided into two parts separated by the main entrance walkway. If you walk through the blue gate on the left side is the main part of the villa with the open-plan living room and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  On the right, after you walk through the gate, are the two other guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, safety box and King sized beds. In the bathrooms you will find a walk-in shower, hairdryer, toiletries like shampoo and body-gel and fluffy bath towels.

Living area:

After walking through the antique Balinese carved wooden doors your eyes will be greeted by the stylishly appointed split level open-plan living area along with a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar lined with high chairs perfect for enjoying relaxed meals and snacks. With floor to ceiling retractable glass doors this wonderfully designed space offers incredible views across the infinity pool and out to Bali.

Outdoor area:

The 14 x 5 m infinity pool, complete with built-in seating for when cocktails need to be sipped and with panoramic views of Jungut Batu Beach and Mount Agung in Bali in the background, is undoubtedly the vacation paradise it’s all about. Don’t feel like getting wet? Then put your feet up and relax under the 20 sqm gazebo with a super comfortable built-in L-shaped sofa while watching the daily dance of the sparrows as they skim the pool to quench their thirst. A stair lead you to the rooftop terrace, great for sunset drinks/evening meals.

Max:

Max is a small bundle of fun villa dog who will be overjoyed to share your experience of staying at 353 Degrees North. Though he mostly comes and goes with the staff if you have allergies or objections to pets then sadly 353°N may not be for you.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, the staff from Villa 353 Degrees North will look after you to make your holiday in Bali truly unforgettable. Staff members are available throughout the day to make sure your needs are attended to, from breakfast to finger food to accompany your pre-dinner drinks by the pool. The villa manager, housekeeping, night security and gardener are all there to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

You can also choose to have dinner prepared by a chef, chosen from a menu or your own suggestion. Our staff will take care of the grocery shopping (local prices) based on the menu requests and your meals will be prepared and served to you at a time you preferred. We believe it is important to work with local products and ingredients. Thus, the fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs of the season are purchased daily at the local market. Pure, fresh and honest! You have to give the staff money in advance to go to the market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The service of the staff is included in the rental price of Villa 353 Degrees North.

Whether you are looking for a baby sitter, a tour guide or simply some recommendations on how to bargain at street markets, just ask the staff who will be happy to assist you. Our staff knows that privacy is very important to you and is therefore only available in the background. They do everything to take care of you and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Spa / Massage:

Enjoy a relaxing Balinese massage without leaving the comfort and privacy of Villa 353 Degrees North. Choose from a traditional Bali full body massage to head or foot massage, or a spa treatments including facials, manicure and pedicure. The perfect way to unwind after a beach day in your own comfort of your villa. We have 2 massage tables in house. Ask the staff to arrange!

Transfer:

If desired, we can arrange transportation from the airport or previous location to the villa. Once you arrive at the villa the staff will welcome you with a smile and a refreshing drink. A carefree vacation can begin! The villa manager will be happy to assist you with the booking of motorbikes or cars on demand, whether this is for a day trip or for the week.

Villa 353 Degrees North is exclusively yours and no one else can be booked in at the same time.

After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of Villa 353 Degrees North and the service of the staff.  Within this letter you will find also a link to the online “Guest Welcome Book” of this incredible holiday house with all detailed information. Explore:

Gorgeous beach bordered by a low limestone rock cliff. With its pure white sand and crystal clear water, Dream Beach is definitely one of Nusa Lembongan’s most beautiful beaches.

Located north of Dream Beach  you can find Sandy Bay. It’s a crescent of white sandy beach with crashing waves. Beware of the strong rip current here!!
Great place to kick back and relax at the Sandy Bay Beach Club and take in those gorgeous unspoilt views and especially for watching the spectacular Lembongan sunsets.

Located in a secluded bay towards the west of the island, Mushroom Beach is perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Named after the mushroom corals offshore, this bay is safe and friendly for common watersport activities such as banana boating or paragliding. Keep in mind that the coral at this beach is sharper than the coral that you find in Bali, so it is recommended to wear some rubber shoes if you enjoy beach walking at low tide. Can get super busy in the middle of the day with day trippers from Bali and is the closest beach to Lembongan Village. It’s home to several restaurants with a spectacular view of Mount Agung and beautiful clear blue waters. This beach is perfect for picturesque photographs, people watching and checking out the seaweed farming at low tide. All the main surf breaks including Shipwrecks, Lacerations and Playgrounds are here also.
