Villa Agus Mas is a large beachfront villa with a huge private pool and is located directly on the Bali Sea with rice fields at the back of the villa. You will love renting this place because of the atmosphere and the incredible sea view, the place for a perfect vacation! Also when renting the villa you will have full service from the staff. For example, there is a great housekeeping/cook, gardener and security. There is also a driver and car available (against extra cost) for day trips to make the most of your vacation! The living room has wide French doors that can be opened all the way. On the covered terrace is a dining table with 8 chairs and a comfortable lounge area and there are 2 cooling fans! You also have access to 2 SONOS PLAY1’s for your own favorite streaming music! In the living room you will find two large sofas also called ‘day-beds’. Cozy to watch television!
1600 sqm(!) garden:
Floating Breakfast
1600 m² is the size of the garden and has a large private pool (6 x 12 mtr, deep: 1.20mtr->2.20mtr). Around the pool you will find sunbeds with parasols. In the garden you will find tall palm trees, fruit trees and frangipani in all colors and some statues. The garden and pool is very private! Ask the staff to get you a fresh coconut from the garden to drink. They will fetch it for you, easily climbing the palm trees! See for yourself here!
The lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton, and for those who especially want to laze around: a lovely spot is the Bale Benong (Gazebo), a small house that is open on all sides and directly adjacent to the beach. In the morning, you can watch the local fishermen in their brightly colored boats with their catch of the day (you can buy it on site! Our housekeeper can prepare your fresh fish!). In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.

This well-maintained rental vacation villa, garden and pool are located on a private 1600 sqm property and is not shared with other tenants. Villa Agus Mas is fully furnished; bath towels, pool towels and sheets are provided. The kitchen is complete with large fridge, chilled water tank, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter/bean coffee maker, rice cooker and blender. In the bookcase in the living room you will find books about Indonesia, travel guides and novels, and there are games for young and old. There is an LCD flat screen television with USB connection and Cable TV with international and children’s channels. On the terrace you will find a Sonos audio system(!) with which you can play your own streaming music via Spotify or other music service. FREE WIFI fast fiber optic internet (75Mb!) is also available even a washer and dryer.
We offer all our guests a complimentary welcome dinner on the day of arrival (for stays of 4 nights or more)!

The team of Villa Agus Mas consists of nice and friendly people. As a guest, you have private staff for the villa. There is a private security guard who guards the villa at night, a gardener/pool man and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and Western food. The staff has a sense of humor and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable so you will have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, +-8 hours a day (except security: 7 days).
The service of the staff is included in the rental price of Villa Agus Mas, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense. For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping: you have to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline). Food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of Villa Agus Mas (and other ‘good to know’ information) and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and see in the area. In the villa you will find even more brochures and information.
Ask the gardener for a fresh coconut and he will climb one of the coconut trees to pick one or two for you. Delicious!
Explore:
The villa is located in North Bali in Dencarik near Lovina, on the border of Banjar district, and can be found about 1 km from the main road between Lovina and Seririt. A small lane, with beautiful rice fields and vineyards to the left and right, leads to the vacation home. Besides the residents of a few other villas, local fishermen and farmers live there. The view to the rear is determined by the mountains inland. From the garden and the terrace you have a fantastic view of the Bali Sea where you will regularly see fishermen at work and in the west you can see the island of Java in the distance…
The famous village of Lovina -THE tourist center in the north- is 10 minutes away by car or scooter. Here you will find cozy restaurants and cafes! Most restaurants have a free pickup / delivery service!
This villa is situated in a completely natural setting and there are local critters including harmless gecko lizards and insects. Birds of all varieties abound especially kingfishers. You may spot squirrels running up and down the coconut trees and monitor lizards.

Dolphin Tour Lovina Bali
Lovina is known for its dolphins. These large schools of special mammals can be admired every morning before sunrise. From Lovina numerous fishermen depart with tourists on board in search of the dolphins. The boat can be surrounded by dozens of jumping and playing dolphins. It is usually sufficient to make an appointment with a fisherman 1 day in advance. The trip takes over two hours. You can even arrange to be picked up by the boat in front of the villa and be delivered back home.
