The brand new luxury villa is very suitable for travellers, friends, families with children or business men. The villa is situated in the central of Kuta area. You will enjoy this villa (build in 2016) because it has all the luxury you can wish for and high speed WiFi (fiber) for free.
The villa is located only 20 minutes’ drive from the International Ngurah Rai Airport, tucked away in the tranquillity of Balinese Village called Jimbaran. It is 10 minutes away from the famous Jimbaran Bay with its white glorious sands, mellow surf and celebrated seafood restaurants.
The villa is well decorated with modern ethnic furniture, fully air-condition in every room, hot and cold shower and TV with International Channels.
All rooms are facing to the garden and pool that enable you to enjoy the real holiday in the magical island.
The brand new modern style villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa is located at the end of a street in a nice and quiet area. Fully equipped with TV satellite, Wi-Fi, staff for daily cleaning, garden, parking, safety box and private pool and a gazebo will allow you moments of relaxation.
There is a modern kitchen equipped with hot and cold water dispenser, with a small bar table style.
There are 2 open showers with a small garden layout and 2 western modern style bathrooms with a large bathtub in the master room.
The villa is totally private, as a guest you have access to everything this luxury villa has to offer.
There is an English speaking helpdesk, a housekeeper and a gardener.
When you arrive at the villa you will be welcomed. Our staff will waiting for you with a refreshing drink.
On request our help-desk can arrange pick-up service from the airport with an air-co car and English speaking driver for RP 300.000 for max 4 persons (Rp400.000 for a big car suitable for 8-9 persons). Our help-desk can also help you arrange day trips.

This villa is ideally situated for exploring The Bukit Peninsula, from the serene bay of Jimbaran, to the mighty cliffs and surf beaches at the island’s southern-most tip, all easily reached with a car/driver or with a moped (scooter).
Go for instance to the famous Uluwatu temple with the best sunset where you even can have a drink in a bar. There are plenty of golden beaches in the neighbourhood for surfing and swimming like Padang Padang beach and Balang beach. There are plenty restaurants and bars. Try for instance the Jimbaran fish restaurants on the beach or the famous roof top bar for a cocktail.

The white sandy beach and calm waters of Jimbaran Bay are only a short downhill drive from the villa. Safe, shallow swimming and excellent roadside seafood stalls (only open in the evenings) are what this popular stretch of Bali coastline is famed for. South of the villa, surrounding the ruggedly beautiful Bukit Peninsula, soaring limestone cliffs descend to scenic coves pounded by some of the best surf breaks in the world. At sunset, enjoy a cultural dance performance at the famed sea temple of Uluwatu, followed by a cocktail at one of the several exclusive resort hotels that line this most southerly coast of Bali, before heading back to your villa.

Our villa manager will be pleased to help organize sight-seeing trips and make any bookings required. Do also ask the staff about the local area. Many of them live nearby and will be able to give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of Bali life.
In the meantime, here is a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of the villa.
-Play a round of golf at nearby New Kuta Golf Course where charming lady caddys will accompany you. Or head over to Tanah Lot (34km) and the unbelievably scenic, award-winning Nirwana Bali Golf Course. Bordered by ocean and rice fields.
-A day of fishing can be arranged from boat owners at Benoa Bay. Start early in the morning for a lovely voyage and bring back your catch to be cooked by the Longhouse chefs. Tanjung Benoa is also a haven for water sports, from jet skis, to water skiing and snorkeling.
-At Jenggala Keramic in Jimbaran, visitors can browse and buy from a vast range of handcrafted ceramics and glassware. Jenggala also runs ‘Make and Paint a Pot’ sessions where ‘Children’ of all ages are encouraged to get creative.
-Sign yourself up at Padang Padang surf school, the only one on The Bukit. Most lessons take place at Dreamland or Padang Padang beaches, with the options of Uluwatu and Balangan depending on ability and the conditions on the day
-If you are a bold and brave bargain hunter, a spree within the heart of Bali’s bustling provincial capital is an exciting and rewarding experience. -Visit Denpasar’s vibrant markets, where everything and anything is available.
-Visit the ancient temple of Pura Luhur Uluwatu, balanced on the very edge of a narrow rocky cape. The temple is particularly sacred to fishermen, who come here to pray to the sea goddess, Dewi Laut. Legend has it that the temple is actually a ship turned to stone and for sure, the grey volcanic rock, glowing with the radiant colours of the setting sun, will leave you with a lasting and haunting memory of spiritual Bali. The temple is also the setting for nightly Kecak dances, which dramatically choreograph an episode from the Hindu epic, the Ramayana.
-Fashionistas, trendies and shop-a-holics should hot-foot it down to Seminyak, Bali’s most cosmopolitan enclave. Here, you can indulge for hours in the glut of stylish, chic boutiques. There is a wide choice of fine dining, mid range, and cheap ‘n cheerful restaurants in Seminyak too: fine dining venues include Sarong, the famous Ku De Ta, Mama San, La Lucciola, Sardine and Métis.
-Covering 3.8 hectares of tropical parkland in Kuta, Waterbom Bali has 16 water slides (including The Climax with its 360 degree loop) to entertain the young and the young at heart. A great family day out, but go early to beat the crowds.
-Nusa Dua Beach is without doubt one of the cleanest and longest in southern Bali. Here, as well as enjoying a swim in the calm reef-protected water, you can wind surf, surf, kayak, jet ski and para-sail. Quicksilver run daily tours to Nusa Penida island (world-class diving destination and home of the fabulous mola-mola sunfish) from nearby.
You can use a private air-co car with driver. Only for about RP650.000 per day he will take you anywhere (incl. petrol). There is also the possibility to rent motorbikes (scooter). The staff will be happy to arrange this for you.

All groceries and beverages are costed at market price plus a small fee for petrol. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance (float for food), and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals the evening before.
