Mountain Pool Villa Betèn Bukit, Permuteran, Bali:

This spacious exclusive villa is located in Pemuteran , a well-known, authentic dive site in the northwest of Bali, and adjacent to the Taman National Bali Barat National Park (West Bali National Park), a very authentic location in Bali. This luxury villa is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, at the foot of a beautiful mountain ridge and offers an impressive view of the West Bali National Park. The villa is quite centrally located in Pemuteran, close to the Balinese people and their culture and only 800 meters away from the ocean. The villa was built in 2007, with a living area of 355 sqm and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with an area of 4200 sqm. The villa is designed in a combination of traditional and western architecture which fits perfectly into the natural environment.

Bedrooms:

The villa has three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and a beautiful private pool. Two bedrooms (5x5m) are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double four-poster bed and the other has 3 single beds. The bedrooms have French doors, which open onto the terrace, which offers a great view of the beautiful garden and mountains. The wooden wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. The beds have superior quality mattresses and there are reading lights next to the bed. The bedrooms are equipped with a mosquito net. The third, very romantic, bedroom -with a double bed- is on the second floor with an amazing view of the mountains. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

The partially open-air bathrooms are spacious and offer an abundance of light. They are equipped with a shower, a toilet, double sinks and beautifully decorated with flowers, plants and natural materials. The sink is made of terrazzo and natural stone was used for the floor and walls.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is located in the center of the villa. In addition to a sink, the countertop has a four-burner gas stove with grill. The wooden cabinets and drawers offer an abundance of storage space. An oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, blender and large refrigerator/freezer are provided. A separate water system is provided for chilled drinking water. Coffee and tea are stocked and free of charge. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks from the menu list can be ordered through the supervisor.

Outdoor Areas:

On the front and sides of this luxury villa is a large veranda. The porch (90sqm) has several beautiful sitting areas which offer views of the impressive mountains and the beautiful tropical garden. The dining area has a large teak dining table (3.5 m), which can seat ten guests. The light terrazzo floors give the living area a light, fresh and spacious character. On the terrace, several fans are attached to the ceiling for cooling if needed.

The upper bedroom has a magnificent 240 degree view of the mountains. A very romantic place!

Transfer:

Our help-desk can arrange pick-up service from the airport with an air-co car and English speaking driver for IDR 700k for max 4 persons (IDR 1.000k for a big car suitable for max 8 persons). Our help-desk can also help you arrange day trips or taxi services. We can also provide a baby cot and high chair, free of cost.

Your personal villa staff will also be available to assist with tours /travel /transportation/to arrange babysitting, massages and spas and to generally give advice and information to ensure that you have a truly memorable holiday experience.

The Staff:

Staying in this private villa in the tropics leaves nothing to be desired. There is a help-desk, a cleaning lady who can also make you breakfast (for free) and a 2 gardeners. A security guard is present from sunset till sunrise. Our help-desk will be pleased to help organize sight-seeing trips and make any bookings required. Do also ask the staff about the local area. They all live nearby and will be able to give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of Bali life. They all speak good English.

Welcome:

When you arrive you will be welcomed with a cool drink. The staff will serve you a free breakfast daily at the time you want so you can wake up comfortably. For lunch or dinner, you can prepare yourself meals in the fully equipped kitchen or let the staff do it for you: a menu is available for optional lunches and dinners. An additional fee is charged for these meals. Additional groceries for this can be ordered through the staff.

Everything can be taken care of: organizing transportation to or from the airport, arranging a car and driver, booking other accommodations in Bali to organizing diving trips or excursions in the immediate area. A relaxing massage at the villa can also be arranged. Our help-desk is responsible for the general management of the villa, speaks good English and offers assistance to guests. The person in charge of housekeeping also does the shopping and prepares the meals. The help-desk and his family live in a private house, 50 meters away from the villa. The gardeners are responsible for the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool.

The spacious outdoor terrace, the pool and the lush garden give the villa an exclusive look with maximum privacy and comfort.
