Villa Le Petit Leon, Seririt, Bali:

The property consists of three wooden houses, so called Joglo’s. By dividing the two bedrooms over two buildings you can enjoy a lot of privacy – ideal when traveling with family or friends. To relax, the swimming pool with sun beds and gazebo is at your disposal. Enjoy your private garden. This luxury villa can accommodate up to 5 guests in its 2 bedrooms, that’s because the first bedroom (65 sqm) has an extra bed in addition to the large double bed. The second bedroom (25 sqm) also has a large double bed, but is slightly smaller. Both bedrooms are in separate wooden pavilions and open onto individual balconies with private seating areas. Each bedroom has a very luxurious en-suite bathroom.

The villa stands in a beautiful large tropical garden and has a beautiful private pool of 10 x 5 meters. Next to the pool are comfortable sun beds. On the upper terrace is a yoga platform. Villa Le Petit Leon is located next to a small villa resort. The villa is not part of the resort but guests can use the next door resort’s restaurant and other amenities against a fee.

Villa Le Petit Leon was completely renovated in 2021, just finished in 2022. It’s a modern home brimming with contemporary comforts. But the villa owner has done a wonderful job of preserving the traditional styles and architecture of Bali. The fusion of contemporary luxury with these traditions makes this vacation villa truly unique.

The living/dining room is large. It is open on all sides, keeping you close to the best feature of the villa – the outdoor space. There are sofas with deep cushions for your seating comfort and a table that can seat all the guests. On one side there is a bar with high chairs. There is a very well equipped and modern kitchen with all amenities.

Staff:

The staff at Villa Le petit Leon consists of nice and friendly people. As a guest, you have private staff for the villa. There is a gardener/pool man, security and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and some western food. The staff has a sense of humor and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable so that you have an unforgettable stay.

The cost of the staff, taxes and gas/electricity are included in the rent, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense (except first breakfast). For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping. You need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Then they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline). Food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

Massage, spa and beauty treatments can be arranged anytime in the comfort of the private villas. A range of tours including diving, trekking, sightseeing and agro-tourism can also be organised upon request. Staff are available to assist with any catering, transportation, laundry and babysitting needs.

Explore the Surroundings:

You are adjacent to the West Bali National Park with its rich coral reefs and tropical rain forest. There are multiple opportunities for hiking to waterfalls and hot springs, touring some impressive temples, visiting coffee plantations, dolphin watching, snorkeling or scuba diving. There is a water park in nearby Seririt, a water sports centre near Lovina and fishing, diving and snorkeling trips can be arranged.

In Lovina, 30 minutes’ drive, there is also a good selection of restaurants and groceries selling a surprising range of international as well as local fare. There is also a supermarket in Seririt, just 10 minutes’ drive from the villas as well as a traditional and night market which are well worth a visit to browse all the stalls and sample the food on offer.

Lovina is 16 km from this holiday villa, and Singaraja is 23 km away. The nearest airport is Banyuwangi, 62 km from the accommodation while Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) is 69 km away.
