The villa has a large tropical garden (1430 sqm) and is located directly at the Bali Sea. It is the best place to enjoy an exotic vacation with your family or friends!

Beachfront Villa Akasa Segara, Lovina, Bali:

Villa Akasa Segara Bali has a private pool located directly near the beach with a beautiful view of the vast Bali Sea. The 12 x 6 meter oasis of refreshingly clear water is checked daily for cleanliness and the right balance of water treatment components. Whether you are swimming laps or enjoying a relaxing swim, the pool invites you to enjoy. The beachfront holiday house in Bali has 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All furniture is custom designed by the owner and made in Bali.

Bedrooms Kamar Kelod and Kamar Kaja:

Kamar Kelod means, ‘room to the sea’ this room has an amazing view through the sliding glass wall to the living room, across the pool terrace and infinity-bedded pool to the vast Bali Sea. It also has double French doors that open to the lush eastern gardens where there are mature coco palms. Kamar Kelod has an en suite bathroom with a double sink and a deep bathtub with a European shower jet. Adjacent is the refuge of a private retreat in the Den or the convenience of a junior Guest Suite. A modern, self-programming electronic safe is secured in Kamar Kelod’s armoire.

Kamar Kaja means “room facing the mountain” and has double French doors to the northern garden, where the beautiful water garden at the main entrance displays a stunning display of exotic water lilies and the soothing babble of water from the fountain. Kamar Kaja has an en suite bathroom with a raised sink and European plumbing, a wall of glass blocks concealing a walk-in tile shower.

Both bedrooms feature:

Electronically controlled air-conditioning, a custom-made king-size bed made of solid teak with ornate Ming-style legs and high padded headboard, solid teak nightstands and an oversized armoire with plenty of storage space for personal belongings with ample hanging and shelving space. The beds feature luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and draped with romantic curtains that invite a dreamy sleep. The bedrooms are equipped with European-style electrical outlets and each bedroom can be locked with its own set of keys.

Adjacent Den or Guest Suite:

The Den serves as a comfortable air-conditioned retreat, to plan an itinerary, to accommodate 2 guests, or remains the private retreat for Kamar Kelod via the en-suite bathroom.

Bale Benong:

At the edge of the pool is a Bale Benong (Balinese Gazebo) with a raised platform that rests under a wide alang-alang thatched roof. This Bale Benong provides a shady spot to enjoy the view of the gardens, the pool terrace, or to watch the sun set behind the Mountains of Java. This dream pavilion is the perfect place to take a Balinese massage while the gentle waves lapping on the shore and the warm breeze caresses the skin.

The expansive pool terrace provides ample space to enjoy poolside activities. Covered in smooth local sandstone for a clean non-slip surface to exercise and stretch, practice soothing yoga, sunbathe or dance under the stars. The terrace is furnished with multi-position teak sunbeds that do double duty as comfortable lounges to soak up the tropical sun during the day or gaze up at the stars at night. This versatile outdoor space is an airy living space to be enjoyed.

The Staff:

The staff team at this beachfront villa consists of nice and friendly people. As a guest, you have private staff for your stay at Villa Akasa Segara. The staff includes a private security guard, gardener/pool man and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and (simple) western cuisine. They have a sense of humor and do their utmost to make you feel comfortable so that you have an unforgettable stay at Villa Akasa Segara.

The staff is 6 days a week, 8 hours a day at your service, including the care / preparation of meals. Except Sundays, when they have a day off. Groceries are not included and you must pay for them yourself (except first welcome dinner). For your convenience, the staff can even do the shopping for you.

Villa Akasa Segara is located in a rural area of Bali, which is exactly what many guests appreciate about this location. The peaceful surroundings, nature, local villages and authentic Balinese atmosphere are part of its unique charm.

As with any rural environment, guests may occasionally hear natural sounds from the surrounding area, such as roosters, dogs, insects, wildlife or local community activities. These sounds are characteristic of countryside living and are not related to the villa itself, but rather an inherent part of the authentic experience of staying in a rural location.

Villa Akasa Segara is located in North Bali in Dencarik near Lovina, on the border of Banjar district. The villa is located about 1 km from the main road between Lovina and Seririt. A small lane, with beautiful rice fields and vineyards to the left and right, leads to the house. Besides the residents of a few other villas, local fishermen and farmers live there. The view to the rear is defined by the mountains inland. From the garden and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the Bali Sea where you will regularly see fishermen at work. In the west you can see the island of Java in the distance.
