This beautiful oceanfront villa, Villa Burung, on the authentic and tranquil north coast of Bali offers comfort, privacy with comfortable interiors and a modern Balinese style with 3 bedrooms with large terraces, infinity pool and Bale Benong (Gazebo). All flowing into a 3300 sqm tropical garden with direct access to the beach and ocean!

Oceanfront Villa Burung, Lovina, Bali:

Upon arrival at this vacation villa, named Villa Burung, you will be greeted by our staff and help desk with a refresing drink. They will take care of most of the day-to-day issues you don’t want to be bothered with during your vacation. And at night, our security guards keep an eye on the property and your belongings. The excellent service of our staff, the perfect location on the beach and the ideal sea climate will give you beautiful and special memories to enjoy during and after your stay.

The large living room of this rental villa has a full theater system

including international satellite TV, DVD, CD players and smartphone connection. The room is air conditioned and furnished with comfortable contemporary Balinese furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible utensils and modern conveniences, including a hot & cold water dispenser.

A barbecue adds to the gourmet food provided by our staff who will cook for you if you purchase the food.
There is a fully equipped laundry where the staff will wash and iron your clothes against a small fee.

The dining room is part of the open living plan. The Balinese-style wooden table has eight chairs. Most people prefer to eat outside at the large patio table, so for your convenience, the staff can prepare dinner inside, and serve it outside.

Villa Burung offers free use of moped! Only the gasoline is for your own account.

Bedrooms:

The villa has three bedrooms; two with ocean views and one with garden views. All bedrooms have en-suites bathrooms, air-conditioning, fans, dressers and ample wooden bathrobes. The rooms are furnished in Balinese style: 1 King bed, 1 Queen and two twins. Each bedroom has its own ensuite Western style fully equipped bathroom, plus there is a guest toilet.

Terrace and garden:

The terrace is paved with natural stone. There is an open dining and sitting area on the veranda, which is cooled by three fans. The view of the garden and the sea is magnificent. The pool measures 5×12 m and is lighted for night swimming.

The garden is about 3000 sqm. Tropical plants offer their fruits and flowers throughout the year. During the day or at night when the garden is fully illuminated, you will really enjoy the paradise.
The 3 Lotus ponds have fountains, aquatic plants and tropical fish. The ocean side Bale (Gazebo), with mattress and pillows, is the place to daydream or enjoy a romantic tropical sunset. There is a gated entrance right on the beach, a Hindu house temple and Balinese statues in the garden.

What do you get:

This well maintained beachfront villa, garden and pool are located on a private property of 3000 sqm and is not shared with other tenants. Villa Burung is fully furnished; bath towels, pool towels and sheets are provided.

The villa includes its own boat and scooter!

The staff:

The staff at Villa Burung consists of nice and friendly people. There is a private security guard who watches over the villa at night, a gardener/pool man and a housekeeper who is also great at cooking. She can cook both Indonesian and Western. The staff has a sense of humor and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable so you will have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, +-8 hours a day (except security: 7 days)

The service of the staff is included in the rental price of this vacation home, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense. For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping: you have to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline). Furthermore, food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

The dolphin trip starts in the early morning in front of Villa Burung, very easy!

Explore around Villa Burung:

Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 20 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are also 20 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour’s drive away.

Villa Burung is a 20-minute drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Transportation can be easily arranged during your stay at this vacation home by our dedicated driver (against extra cost).
