The beautiful Hidden Jewel villa located in Tumbu, Karangasem, in the authentic and idyllic east of Bali at less than 15 minutes drive from the beautiful white sandy beaches. This boutique villa can truly be called a ‘vacation jewel’: With its private pool overlooking the rice fields, sunbeds and super comfy outdoor furniture, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, with breathtaking views!

Welcome to Villa Hidden Jewel
The villa consists of 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, – three rooms with king size beds and two connecting rooms with bunk beds for children. The rooms overlook the tropical garden and pool.
Villa Hidden Jewel – Bali Vacation Homes
The villa also has 3 semi-outdoor bathrooms for the ultimate Bali experience where body wash and shampoo is provided. This body wash and shampoo comes from Sensatia. Sensatia is a feel-good company that was founded in 2000 in the small, quiet fishing village Jasri, Karangasem near the villa. They, like villa Hidden Jewel, believe in growing together as a community.
Rural location
The strength of this luxury holiday villa is the ability to combine relaxation and privacy, a breathtaking view and a contemporary and clean design. The large spaces also allow you to organize events and (birthday-)parties directly outdoors, suitable to host 10 people in one of the most beautiful locations on the island.
If you love the outdoors, this is the perfect escape for you, as living and dining spaces merge seamlessly with the tropical garden and have an amazing view on the rice paddies and even the sea. Villa Hidden Jewel offers you comfort, privacy and luxury.
It is just a 15-minute drive from Bali’s best beach, Pasir Putih or White Sand Beach.

A private chef will be at your disposal during your stay. She will prepare your favourite international and local dishes! If desired, 3 times a day, Western or Indonesian, will be cooked for you. Our hostess will take care of the grocery shopping (local prices) and your meals will be prepared and served to you. We believe it is important to work with local products and ingredients. Thus, the fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs of the season are purchased daily at the market in Amlapura. Pure, fresh and honest!

The cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense. For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping: you have to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The service of the staff is included in the rental price of Villa Hidden Jewel.
Our staff knows that privacy is very important to you and is therefore only available in the background. They do everything to take care of you and make your stay as pleasant as possible and if you want more privacy, feel free to give them some time off.

Welcome letter:
After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of Villa Hidden Jewel and the service of the staff. You will enjoy a carefree vacation in this beautiful tropical villa with extremely friendly and hospitable staff to have the ultimate vacation!
It is also possible to get cooking lessons from the staff. Fun to do and experience!
Pick-up from airport or previous location:

If desired, we can arrange transportation from the airport or previous location to the villa. You will then be met by our English speaking certified private driver with comfortable air conditioned car. Once you arrive at Villa Hidden Jewel you will meet the staff. They welcome you with a smile and a delicious snack and drink. A carefree vacation can begin!

Exploring east Bali is one of the island’s great pleasures. Rice terraces spill down hillsides, white sand beaches and traditional villages are barely touched by modernity. Temples, palaces and whimsically designed water gardens are dotted throughout the landscape. The villa is nearby: White Sand Beach, Taman Ujung Water Palace, Lempuyang Tempel, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, Candidasa and many more.

Please note we charge a Service fee of IDR 50k per day (2,8 euro / 3 usd per day) for unlimited spring water, basic kitchen needs (salt and pepper) and fuel for our staff to do your grocery shopping. This can be paid in cash in the villa.
