This extraordinary 3 bedroom villa with stunning views of the Bali ocean offers the ideal setting for a dream vacation in Bali with your family and friends. For newly married couples, this is truly one of the best romantic hideaways!

It took 8 years to renovate this luxurious art-filled villa. To find the antique decoration and art that the owners had in mind. The villa is completely finished now and the owners want other guests to enjoy this amazing villa as well.

The main villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2 en-suite semi-open modern bathrooms. An intimate sun terrace next to the large swimming pool with 6 luxury loungers – in the shade of frangipani foliage – gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy this place. A first-class gourmet kitchen with every conceivable equipment is at your disposal, including an Australian BBQ!

On the grounds of the villa you find beside the swimming pool (of 4.5 x 8.5 mtr, standing height of 1 mtr to 2.4 mtr) something special: A Bali Lumbung. This is a wooden house on stilts with an air-conditioned bedroom and en-suite bathroom, suitable for 2 guest who can who can sleep in this special and intimate place.

Decoration:

All rooms – including the room in the Lumbung – are decorated with (antique) sculptures, paintings and special textiles. Also you find the most beautiful corals and (very large) shells, presented in the various rooms and on the outside terrace. The owner has been collecting this along the coasts of Bali and the other islands of Indonesia for the past few years.

Most of the interior of Villa Kamboja is custom made by local artisans. A so-called Bali door, richly decorated and hand-carved, serves as the entrance to the villa. The mahogany furniture but also the gourmet kitchen is custom made and equipped with German Tecnogas – high quality – appliances, granite countertops and an Australian Barbecue.

The villa is located in Lovina Beach with the Bali Sea right on your doorstep! From the garden -which is surrounded by palm trees- you have direct access to the quiet black sand beach. The beach is cleaned daily and is probably the cleanest beach in this area!

The staff:

The team at Villa Kamboja consists of nice and friendly people. As a guest, you have private staff for the villa. There is a private security guard who watches over the villa at night, a gardener/pool man and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and Western food. The staff has a sense of humor and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable so you will have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, +-8 hours per day (except security: 7 days)

Included in the rental price of this vacation villa is the service of the staff. Cooking of all meals is also included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense. For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping: you need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline). Food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

After booking, we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of Villa Kamboja (and other ‘good to know’ information) and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and see in the area. In the villa you will find more brochures and information.
