This three-bedroom family- and friends holiday villa with private pool, is a luxury newly build modern villa, perfect for that all-important family and friends time, away from the outside world.

Tucked away in a private compound, next to all resort facilities, this villa has space in abundance – perfect for playful children, friends or couples. Enjoy splashing in your private pool, just a few steps across Lovina Beach where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset or watch the dolphins play at sunrise.

All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, large wardrobes and safe deposit box. The master bedroom has also a private outside shower area. The villa has a large living room, covered terrace, outside dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is also a laundry, satellite TV and audio system.

The staff team exists of nice and kind people. The staff have humour and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day.
The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are for your own account (except breakfast). They can cook both Indonesian and some western food. For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for the transportation (petrol) costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.
