This incredible beachfront Villa Pelangi -built on 2100 sqm of land- is just a few steps away from the beach and is made private by a border of lush tropical gardens. The 75 sqm infinity pool is large enough to swim laps or float on the water, and there are several sun and shade loungers around the deck. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with a double four-poster bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with sliding doors to the terrace with a fantastic view of the Bali Sea!

Welcome by Villa Pelangi
Villa Pelangi is located directly on a very quiet beach with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The Bali sea is a shallow sea without big waves so safe for children. You and your guests have access to everything the villa and the grounds have to offer. Completely private, you do not have to share anything. At the back of the villa you have a panoramic view over the rice fields and vineyards to the mountains of Bratan Lake.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms are equipped with a safe where you can store your money and valuables.
Terrace
Not only on the terrace but also in the living room you will find a huge dining table for 12 people, a large corner sofa plus reclining armchairs, a coffee table and an LED Smart TV (movies from HBO on demand) and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, water cooler and everything needed to make the most delicious meals by the staff or by yourself.
Guesthouse
On both covered terraces there is a dining table for 10 and 10 wicker armchairs. On the pool deck around the pool are 8 luxury sunbeds and 4 umbrellas and a Balinese gazebo. A gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean. Watch the sunset with a glass of wine or stay the night to see the stars pass by! On the gazebo you can enjoy the cooling sea breeze.
There is also a free wireless fiber optic internet connection (25Mbps) available throughout the property. And if you stay longer than 4 nights we offer you a welcome dinner and a first breakfast. So your vacation starts off relaxed!
Guesthouse:
The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is separate from the main house.
The staff is happy to introduce you with cooking Balinese and Indonesian dishes!
The Staff:
Six days a week you have the service of the staff, they clean the house, manage your laundry or prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping. You must give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline). The food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.
Bedroom
The pool and garden are also well kept clean by our gardener. This beach villa has its own security post that has surveillance from sunset to sunrise so you can enjoy a safe and undisturbed night’s sleep. No, it is not unsafe in North Bali but our guests always have someone available at night to help you in case of emergency or answer your questions.
Your personal villa staff will be available to assist with tours /travel /transportation /sitting arrangements, massages and spas and generally provide advice and information to ensure you will have a memorable vacation.
After your arrival, our local help-desk will visit you at the villa to welcome you personally. During your stay, you can always contact the help desk (or staff) for any questions you may have.
The warm, Balinese hospitality of the staff is one of the villa’s greatest assets. All our staff will do their utmost, to make you excited with their friendly and efficient service.

We’ve just returned from 10 days in Villa Tunjung in North Bali! This was our second visit and it was even better than the first! We needed a relaxing chilled holiday after a disastrous 2025 and this trip was just effortless! The staff as always, are amazing, nothing is too much. From Koming making sure the garden and pool is perfect early every morning, to Marta and her delicious breakfasts, Agus ensuring we had everything we need and the brilliant Gede with his expert level local knowledge and amazing driving skills! Everyone made the holiday exactly what we needed it to be! Set in a beautiful tranquil area in the hills, set apart from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It’s exceptionally quiet and surrounded by nature. Lizards, geckos, butterflies and the cutest birds taking a morning bath on the poolside, paradise with an amazing view! This is now my happy place and we’ll be back for more next year! We count the staff as friends now and cannot wait to come back!
I had an extraordinary stay at Villa Lovina Hill Paradise 1. The entire estate was spacious. Each bedroom had plenty of room for all guests and the beds were very comfortable. The views from above were magnificent and breathtaking, capturing sights from the mountains all the way to the ocean.All six staff on site were fantastic, caring, and ensured that all needs were met during my stay. I would recommend this Villa to all family, and friends. This was an unforgettable experience, and I appreciate Jacqueline for allowing me to stay at her lovely villa!!
We have just finished 4 weeks at Villa Ibiza. Set in a quiet lane 10 minutes from Lovina, Villa Ibiza is perfect for a quiet getaway, to relax and to recharge. The villa is modern and comfortable, the pool is superb, thanks to Made (Maday) the pool man, the gardens are immaculate and the bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Kadek and Komang, the two lovely ladies who looked after us so very well, are an absolute delight and produced food of the highest quality whilst quietly keeping busy maintaining the sparkle or doing the laundry, always with a smile.
Ketut, the driver, is on hand to ferry you around, wether it be locally into Lovina or further afield to visit different attractions. Personally I would not hire a car nor scooter as Ketut is affordable, knowledgable and his car is clean, comfy and cool.
Wine can be delivered to the door via the Alcovina store in Lovina and of course all food provisions are provided by Kadek and Komang who provide full receipts for everything bought.
A final mention to Kadek the night watchman who appears every night at 6pm has a little chat and goes about his business looking after the place - although the area is very, very safe and the local community extremely friendly, so many "Hello's" as you walk to the shops or the beach cafe - both about a 15 minute walk.
This area of Northern Bali is not for you if you seek a party atmosphere, it's perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday and Villa Ibiza is the perfect retreat. What a delight!
My wife and I stayed in the villa for about a week and had a blast. The whole staff was amazing throughout our stay. The aid at the house was super nice and helpful and made some great meals for us. The beach front view was beautiful and added a very relaxing element to the residence. Would definitely stay there again if we were to go back to Bali.
Thank you to the entire team who took such good care of us (Kadek and the whole catering team who delighted us for 15 days, Komang who showed us around the island). We will be back!
We spent 9 fabulous days at Villa Le Petit Leon, it was an oasis of tropical lushness and tranquility. The Villa exceeded our expectations, it’s very spacious and private, we really enjoyed having it all to ourselves! The garden and pool are just lovely, the bedroom huge with a very comfortable bed. If you want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle this is the place to be, we wanted complete relaxation barely leaving the villa, just enjoying the garden and the pool. It really is quality accommodation, care has been taken to ensure it’s both stylish and comfortable. One of the many highlights of the villa was Made the housekeeper, nothing was too much trouble, we felt thoroughly spoilt having delicious breakfasts and suppers prepared and served on the terrace. Made is a great cook and we looked forward to our nightly Balinese feast. Highly recommended.
Spent 4 weeks at Villa Burung in early 2025. Incredible experience as we found ourselves completely immersed into Bali rural life (going native, as they say). The villa itself was well appointed and immaculate and we made extensive use of the pool and the patio area. The staff was amazing - special shout out to Jim and Anni who prepared fresh and delicious meals for us everyday. Though our experience was perfect for us, this type of vacation will not be for everyone. This villa is remote from tourist attractions. There is no 'wandering' into town for casual shopping. Plan on hiring a driver for tours or shopping. I took a gander at the scooter available to us, which was fun, but mixing it up with the locals on their roads can be unnerving (my wife wouldn't even try it). My only complaint regarding this property would be the noise. I loved the nature noises - especially the geckos, and even the 'call to prayers' wasn't bothersome. However, some locals not far from the villa played amplified music at all hours, resulting in a thumping bass coming through. I compensated by using a noise machine at night. My wife wasn't bothered by it; her biggest complaint was the mosquitos - but they weren't any worse than anywhere else in the tropics (bring bug spray). She also mentioned that a 'nice to have' at the villa would have been wash cloths in the bathrooms. Otherwise it was a perfect getaway.
Villa Kamboja-Lovina. Simply superb. We could not fault this property. Putu and Daywar were friendly and so accommodating to help with anything during our stay. The villa itself is amazing and beautifully decorated throughout. It was so relaxing lying outside listening to the waves lap. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer!
We had a wonderful stay with the most fantastic staff we could have imagined! A warm welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed all the delicious meals they prepared for us. A fantastic driver who showed us all the beautiful places. A beautiful garden, maintained daily by the gardener with his beautiful smile. And of course, the security was also superb. In short, for a wonderfully relaxing holiday, you must stay at Villa Ibiza!
We were very sad to leave our fabulous villa, but really we were missing Detu, Amik and Putu - the people that cared for us during our stay. We miss the scenery and sounds of the village and Amik's cooking. There is too much to say. The organisation and communication before we arrived was impeccable and the villa team engulfed us with their hospitality and kindness. Thank you.
We had a wonderful time at Agus Mas! We relaxed in the beautiful villa with its fantastic pool by the sea! Santi truly spoiled us with the most delicious meals and breakfasts... We'll definitely be back when we return to Bali!
This was our third time with Bali Vacation Homes and I can recommend it 101%! We had the most amazing stay in North Bali (Villa Bidadari) and the organization was perfect (as always). We were picked up at the ariport by an excellent driver and were able to stop at a few places we wanted to see on the way to the Villa. The staff is amazing! From the very nice security guard whom we didn't even really notice while we were there, to the gardeners, who take amazing care of the beautiful surroundings, the manager, who was always available via Whatsapp if we had any questions or wanted to book a trip or a Spa treatment and who also came by to check on us from time to time. And of course, the amazing housekeeper and chef in one, Ketut, who cooked the most amazing balinese meals for us! We didn't even have to go to any restaurants, because we preferred the local cuisine we experiences at the Villa (western food is also available in the villa, but we always prefer local food, while styaing in Bali). In short: We have already booked our next stay at Bali Vacation Homes, because it is the best option you can find for a trip to Bali!
SUPER! We stayed at Villa Burung with 5 adults and can only say, SUPER. The house is run by Annie and James, and we had 10 wonderful days. Annie and James fulfilled our every wish, from Balinese food to a cooking class, massages, and even arranging a driver and car for 5 adults. We would come back anytime and highly recommend Villa Burung. The house is in top condition, clean, and well-maintained. The pool with a view of the ocean is a dream. We have never felt as comfortable and cared for as we did here. A big thank you also to Dina, who not only welcomed us, but also organized a restaurant with a transfer, as well as the airport pickup and return transfer in a large car.
Villa Ibiza has everything you need for a perfect stay. The team is excellent, led by Ketuk, Kadek, and Komang, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended.
We stayed for 5 nights at Villa Safraan in Lovina, the northern part of Bali. The villa was well set up, with a very helpful team to look after us - including breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted. There is also a driver who can take you to restaurants, or run errands. The very large pool is amazing, and the outdoor flow to the delightful garden and carefully maintained beach frontage were a treat. Compared to other beach front villas in the area we would regard this one as having the most relaxing and well loved garden. The owner (a landscaper) lives next door, and was able to provide some great advice on activities. (Highly recommend the snorkeling!) Internet was OK too. Dining out; 10th Table was a good experience with friendly waiters and a warm welcome from the owner. Highly recommend Villa Safraan!
