Beachvilla Sungai Raja is the most beautiful place you have ever slept! The house has 4 bedrooms with private (outdoor) bathrooms, a lovely pool with traditional Balinese houses and a beautiful garden. It’s like stepping into a dream and not waking up. To make it even better, you have your own staff! The staff makes sure every day that the rooms look neat, but what’s even better is that they also cook for you. There is a menu where you can choose different dishes, let them know in advance and the staff will buy the ingredients and make the most delicious dishes.

Beachvilla Sungai Raja, Seririt, Bali:

The villa (total living area (including terraces) 300 sqm) has downstairs 3 double bedrooms with fan and air conditioning. All downstairs bedrooms are equipped with Kingsize beds, a safe to store your valuables and has an ensuite bathroom with double sink and shower and toilet. And enough space to store your toiletries. In addition, there is the possibility on the mezzanine with balcony to sleep very romantically in a 2 person Queensize Balinese bed.

The villa’s garden borders directly on the peaceful North Balinese beach, a desirable place to relax surrounded by nature and culture. The entire plot (1950 sqm) is enclosed by a wall, access to the plot is through a large sliding gate. From the tropical lushed garden you have free access to the beach and the Bali Sea. But for a refreshing dip, the villa has also a large infinity pool (75 sqm). On the pool deck are sunbeds and umbrellas, so you can relax by your own private pool.

The living room has a 54 inch HD LED TV, fiber optic U-seeTv Indihome / HBO (movies) on demand. The I-tunes library has several movies, series and many music albums. Through the free WIFI (20 Mbps) you have fast access to the Internet.

Of course it’s also possible to use a car with English speaking driver for pick up or excursions (surcharge)!

Staff:

For the preparation of delicious meals by our cook Gusti is the kitchen fully equipped including 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker, freezer and refrigerator. It is cooked on a menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cost of the staff is included in the rental price, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are at your own expense. Food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day (except security: 7 days). For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping. You need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Then they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline).

Security is not really necessary in Bali. However, our villa has its own security post, which is manned in the evening and at night by our own security, so you can enjoy a carefree night’s sleep.

After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of the villa and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, the service of the staff and nice suggestions to do and see in the area. In the villa you will find brochures and information.

The villa is totally private, as a guest you have access to everything this luxury villa has to offer.
